PAYMENT

- Bali Holiday Packages require 50% deposit.
The client can pay for any Sony Nusa Bali Tour services by:

- Cash

- Bank Transfer

CANCELLATION

A client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to Sony Nusa Bali tour. Cancellation charges will be applied as listed below:

- All of the down payment (50% of total amount).

- 04 days - the day of travel, No Refund.

TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION

Inform us about the payment and we'll confirm it.
A client will receive the invoice for all services after all the bookings are confirmed by Sony Nusa Bali Tour. Payment must be done before the due date listed. Client's inquiry is not considered as a reservation until it is confirmed by Sony Nusa Bali Tour and it should be deposited by the client. Payment of the deposit indicates client have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

PASSPORT, VISA AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

It is client's responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to client's itinerary. A client should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of the client being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.

The client is also required to carry a valid International Student I.D., and International Youth I.D. or an International Teacher I.D. card if the client is traveling on a special student/youth/teacher ticket. It is client's responsibility to verify this with our travel expert who is assisting a client.

INSURANCE

Sony Nusa Bali Tour doesn't provide any insurance. Insurance that is mentioned in the packages is provided by third party activities operator. The client is totally responsible for arranging their insurance that covers for loss, medical expenses, illness or accident during the trip. We strongly recommend that client has taken out adequate insurance for the duration of the journey.
